INGREDIENTS
1 (10.34 oz) can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery, or cream of chicken)
1.5 cup milk (or cream, or canned evaporated milk)
1.5 cups hot water
1.5 cups diced ham
1 cup diced potatoes
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup uncooked instant rice
1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
1/2 cup finely diced onions
2 cups broccoli florettes
1 tsp dried parsley (or 1 tbsp if fresh)
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker.
Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 3.5 hours, making sure to stir once every hour.
