INGREDIENTS
2.5 cups tomato sauce
1.5 cups hot water
1 cup chopped onion
2 cups diced carrots
1.5 cups diced unpeeled zucchini
0.5 cup diced celery
1.5 cups chopped greens (spinach, kale, etc.)
1.5 cups corn
3 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups tomatoes, chopped and undrained
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp dried parsley
1/8 tsp black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until tender.
Mix well before serving.
