1 ripe banana (mashed)
2 cups milk (cow's, almond, soy, etc.)

thin banana slices
cinnamon-sugar mix
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place first 4 ingredients in a 2-pint container (with lid). Put the lid on and securely tighten.
