Venison Mini Meatloaves

A quick, 30-minute recipe you can't live without!


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb ground venison (or lean ground beef)

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 egg

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Mix all ingredients.

  3. In an ungreased rectangular baking dish, pat mixture into a 9x3" rectangle.

  4. Shape each squares into balls and return to the baking dish.

  5. Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until brown and no longer pink in center and juice runs clear.

Makes 4 servings.
