A quick, 30-minute recipe you can't live without!
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground venison (or lean ground beef)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Mix all ingredients.
In an ungreased rectangular baking dish, pat mixture into a 9x3" rectangle.
Shape each squares into balls and return to the baking dish.
Bake uncovered about 25 minutes or until brown and no longer pink in center and juice runs clear.
Makes 4 servings.
